Born on the 13th April 1965 into the family of Mallam & Hajia Ambaliyy Bakre in Ilesa West Local Government Area of the State of Osun.
He attended Lalupon Community High school Lalupon, Oyo State (1980), Ijesa Muslim Grammar School, Ilesa (1989), Federal School of Radiography, Yaba (1997), Institute of Radiographers Of Nigeria, Yaba (2005) with PGD Medical Ultrasound 2005, University of Nigeria Enugu (2001) PGD Medical Radiography and Radiological Sciences, University of Lagos Akoka (2010 — 2011) with Advance Diploma in Human Resource management and Ernest Cook Ultrasound Research and Education Institute, Mengo Hospital. Kampala. Uganda where he obtained Master in Medical Imaging (MMI) (2010/2012)
He has attended several Seminars, Conferences, Workshops both locally and internationally. A member of many professional associations within and outside Nigeria among which are The Association of Radiographers of Nigeria, The Association of Medical Ultrasound Practitioners Of Nigeria(AMUPN), World Federation of Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology, International Society of Radiographers and Radiologic Technologist(ISRRT) and Pan. African Congress of Radiology and Imaging(PACORI). AFK is Registered/Validated to practice in The Republic of Ireland as a Medical Diagnostic Radiographer by The Department of Health And Children, with REF: S423/125 of 30TH JULY 2003

Dr. Otu Emerson O.
Dr. Otu Emerson 0. was born into the family of Mr. & Mrs. Joseph Otu Oko in Afikpo North Local Government Area of Ebonyi State in the month of May 1960.His early education was at Utasi Road Primary School Abia State and Izzi High School and Government College Afikpo in Ebonyi State. He attended Federal School of Radiography Lagos where he obtained the DCR London between 1983 and 1988.He served his fatherland (NYSC) in 1989 in Akure Specialist Hospital Ondo State. In August 1990, he took a job with the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital (UNTH) Enugu.
In 1997 after the creation of Ebonyi State in October 1996, he transferred his services to Ebonyi State University Teaching Hospital where he rose to the position of a Deputy Director in 2008. In 2012, he obtained his Masters in Business Administration from Ebonyi State University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Echocardiography in 2014.
In December 2016, he was awarded an honorary Ph.D. in Theology/seminary from University of Theology an Affiliate of Tennessee Christian University USA, in recognition of his contribution to the work of God.
Dr. Emerson Otu is a man of peace always wanting a cordial relationship between him and his acquaintances. He is dedicated, hard working and always ready to spend extra time to see that the job is well accomplished. He dislikes lies and insincerity and would distance himself from such quarters. During his school days, he was awarded the best-behaved student at the Federal School of Radiography Lagos. He is a member of American Research Board of Biographers. He is an associate member of ISRRT. He is committed to the course of his profession as he pays his ARN annual dues, renews his annual Registration licenses ahead of the coming year.
He has always contributed financially to the ARN projects and other financial needs. For example the Abuja Land, ARN Bus and a host of others. He has represented severally the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN) as External Examiner in some of the Universities where Radiography is taught in Nigeria. He has served in the Board of Directors of Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN) and Federal Board of Directors, Federal Teaching Hospital Ado-Ekiti in Ekiti State 2013-2-14. First Nigerian Radiographer to serve in two boards consecutively.
He is the Chairman of his Community Union-Abakaliki Branch. He has served as the chairman of Matter Miserecodia Parish Afikpo Bazzar ceremony in 2013 and St. Luke Chaplaincy in Abakaliki Bazzar ceremony in 2015.
He is currently a Deputy Director in the Federal Teaching Hospital Abakaliki.
Dr. Emerson Otu is happily married to his Heart Throb Mrs. Mary Uloma Otu, an Accountant; the marriage is blessed with five(5) children, three(3) boys, and two (2) girls.

Elder Clement Tom Utin was born on 27th day of June, 1951 at Oniong Iman in Etinan Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. Elder Clement Tom Utin, finished from Iman County Council Primary School, Oniong, in 1963, St. Francis Secondary School, Ikot Ataku, in Akwa Ibom State, Federal School of Radiography, Lagos, Nigeria in 1977 with Diploma of the College of Radiographers (DCR), London, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (RT)R, Mineapolis, MN, USA in 1980, Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu – Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management (HND) in 1983, Enugu State University of Technology, Enugu, Post Graduate Diploma in Business and Public Administration (PGD) in 1987, Enugu State University of Technology, Enugu – Master of Business Administration (MBA), with a thesis on Radiological Management Performance, 1989, Forsyth College, Winston Salem, North Caroline, USA. – Associate degree in Applied Science (AAS) 2001, American Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) 2001, Pitts College, Greensville, North Carolina, USA Post Master’s Diploma in Echocardiography 2003 and American Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) 2003. Elder Utin is an Entrepreneur. He had served in both public and private organizations within and outside the country before retiring to a private practice in 2008 and had held various positions of responsibilities in and outside the country among which are Chairman, Board of Directors, Cleno Health Foundation, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria A non-governmental charity organization for the promotion of medical imaging education and practice, 2009 — 2012, CEO/Managing Director, Cleno Health Resources Limited, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. The first Radiographer in Public — Private Partnership with University of Uyo Teaching Hospital, Uyo, a parastatal of the Federal Ministry of Health, providing services and education in Cardiovascular Ultrasound and other state of the art Imaging Technology, Technical Director /Training Coordinator, Echocardiography Unit, Chapel Hill Internal Medicine, University of North Carolina Teaching Hospital, Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA 2003 — 2008, Lead Sonographer, Pearson Memorial Hospital, Roxboro, North Carolina, USA 2001 —2003 and Technologist 111, University of North Carolina Teaching Hospital, Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA 2000-2001.
He has attended and presented papers at conferences / scientific workshops. A publisher of several articles in reputable scholarly journal both locally and internationally. Elder as is popularly called, is a member of many professional associations with and outside Nigeria. A Christian who has risen to the status of an Elder in the Qua lboe Church of Nigeria with Chairmanship of Congregational Committees. He has won awards of Excellence and meritorious service awards on several occasions. He loved Reading, Traveling, Singing, Youth Counseling and teaching.
He is married to Deaconess (Mrs) Enobong Clement Utin and blessed with four children and two grandchildren. He is a Christian by faith.
Dr. Mark Chukwudi Okeji
Dr. Mark Chukwudi Okeji
Dr. Mark Chukwudi Okeji, a native of Omasi in Ayamelum LGA of Anambra State completed his Primary Education in 1981 at Agai Primary School Onitsha and entered Our Lady’s High School Onitsha where he passed out with flying colours in 1986. He was the school’s senior prefect and during his tenure, the school won laurels in football and quiz competitions among secondary school in the old Anambra State. He gained admission in the same year (1986) to the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka and graduated with B.Sc (Hons) Radiography. He went ahead to obtain M.Sc and Ph.D. in Radiography from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He was the first to obtain a Ph.D. in Radiography from any department in Nigeria and indeed West Africa Prior to joining the University of Nigeria as a Lecturer in 2006, He had worked as a clinical Radiographer at National Orthopaedic Hospital Enugu where he rose to the rank of Assistant Chief Radiographer.
Currently he is the Associate Dean, Faculty of Health Sciences and Technology, Senior Lecturer in Department of Radiography and Radiological Sciences, University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus, the outgoing President, The Association of Radiographers of Nigeria (ARN), the Vice-President, Pan African Congress of Radiology and Imaging (PACORI) 2015-2017 and Protem President Africa Radiography Forum.
Dr. Okeji had in the past served diligently as the National Secretary and Vice President II of the Association of Radiographers of Nigeria. He was a Board member, Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital, University of Nigeria College of Medicine Board and University of Nigeria Postgraduate Board.
He is a member of over ten University Committees among which are: University Committee on Foreign Students, University of Nigeria Calendar Editorial Board, and Chairman Transport Committee University of Nigeria Enugu Campus.
He has published over thirty articles in many reputable scholarly journals and had been honoured twice as the best academic staff of the Faculty of Health Sciences and Technology of the University of Nigeria.
Dr. Okeji has helped in the strengthening/establishment of radiography programs in Nigerian universities namely; Nnamdi Azikiwe University, University of Maiduguri, Bayero University, Kano and Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto where he had held visiting senior lecturer positions in the past.
Dr. Okeji is a devout Catholic and a member of the Knight of St. John International (KSJI).
He is married to beautiful Barr. (Mrs) Uzoamaka Okeji and the marriage is blessed with four adorable children.

BALOGUN, Elizabeth Olasunkanmi is a Chief Radiographer with National Orthopaedic Hospital, Lagos. A bone densitometry specialist and a clinical instructor par excellence. She was born to a Christian family on the 5th of May in Ijebu Northeast local government of Ogun State.
